you're young until you're not, you love until you don't, you try until you can't, you laugh until you cry, you cry until you laugh; and everyone must breathe until their dying breath. This is how it works: you peer inside yourself, you take the things you like and try to love the things you took, then take that love you made, and stick into someone else's heart, pumping someone else's blood; walking arm-and-arm, you hope it don't get hard, but even if it does, you just do it all again.

I'm a 25-year-old neurotic, overly analytical dork living in Los Angeles. I love writing, grammar, TV, traveling, movies, music—<3live music!—animals of every sort, politics, current events, pop culture, celebrity gossip, fashion and fangirling over my favorite things.

I just returned to community college last year after a four-year break. Totally squandered that lead I got graduating high school two years early. You live and you learn and other clichés. I'm a journalism major, and I work as an assistant in the journalism department, helping with the newspaper. I also work as a freelance editor. I started a lil' entertainment blog, Moves Like Jäger, as a place to practice my writing and to use for submissions for freelance writing and editing gigs, and it has grown into a fun little pet project for me. When I was on the college newspaper as a student, hard news was my forte, so it has been fun to do more lighthearted, less strict writing.

Now, for the goods: Go here for my intro posts, filled with personal and fandom goodies. I'm the List Queen (I did say I'm neurotic, right?), and here are a few of them: My 101 Things in 1,001 Days mission, my Bucket List, my list of movies I've watched in 2011 and Bravo's 100 Funniest Movies, which I'm attempting to make my way through. There's my list of 100 Things That Make Me Happy and my list of celebrity encounters.
